    大汗,没有被面试过,却面试别人去了

    种种原因,没有参加过面试就到了上海工作,充当万金油的角色,只不过质量还不够上乘。目前工作中的一项--招人。
     
    说来挺无奈,新进来一个月的这员工其实蛮老实,技术也算过硬,可就是感觉做事太死板,而且文秘类的工作居然一点文字敏感性都没有,文件里斗大的错别字完全视而不见。没办法,上下一合计,换人。
     
    事情就交给了我,两个地方发布信息,目前收到50来份简历,可一通短信电话了解过后,基本达标的只有三四个人。最初短信通知面试,说明了来意,竟然有人反问我是什么公司,我问她投简历难道不看描述,结果回我说投简历又不是只投一份,又问是不是做金融的,如果是,她没兴趣。我当时火得直想冲过去砍人,这应聘的也忒不知趣了。过后一想,短信还不如电话来得直接,再说这工作今后要负责接电话,于是索性电话测试。再次失望,打过去,要么声音粗如老牛,要么死气沉沉,叫人听着就想挂掉。声音正常点的,语言表达清楚点,真是少之又少。更有甚者,问她会不会一种排版软件,居然斩钉截铁的给我说,不会!说实话,我真想回她,婉转一点回答会死啊!
     
    最后综合感受,有丰富工作经验的要比只是打过几份临工或者刚学校里出来的老道,上海以外户籍的要比上海本地的诚恳。虽然学历普遍不高,主要为大专,但面对应聘的态度总应该调整适当吧。难道说学位高低真的和个人EQ也是挂钩的?我看学历高点的未必就能好多少。
     
    至今就面试了一人,各方面素质都还不错,目前阶段看来,能做的事应该比我还多点,对方似乎也表达了乐意来此工作的愿望。再看看吧,没有更好的话,就她了。
